There are currently nine Leadership-level Ford Next Generation Learning Communities (NGLs) operating across the country. Once proficiency is achieved in all three Attributes, or Best Practices, we will formally designate a community at what we call "Leadership-level." Our Leadership-level communities are called on to mentor new network community participants and members of our Leadership communities are invited to become members of our NGL faculty.
These NGLs are not only hubs of education reform making a difference for thousands of students, they are working laboratories for determining what educational transformation works best.
